CST 300 description CST 300 Major ProSeminar is a course intended to acclimate students with the program, introduce everyone to each other, break the ice and learn all the other students goals and intentions including social, professional, and personal goals. The course aims to give the students an overview of the class requirements for the majors. Some aspects include planning goals, practicing and learning about writing, presentations, critical-thinking skills and research skills, with specific emphasis toward technical , design and communication topics. Learning objectives include analysis and predicting and articulating trends in academic and public services. Prerequisites are A1, A2, and A3, and the requirement satisfied is the GWAR university graduation writing assessment requirement. This class is offered in the spring and fall, and offers 4 class units.
